La’Reese, women’s health & fitness enthusiast and the creator of Shock fitness. resides in Las Vegas, Nevada where she is constantly expanding her fitness knowledge. She began training after falling in love with fitness as she fought to reach her own weight loss goals years ago. She realized it’s more than just working out, it is a real lifestyle change. That’s when she attended National Personal Training Institute of Cleveland and received her Personal Training Certificate. Working out is not only physical but it’s mental. With it being her passion, LaReese hopes to teach this to her clients.

She caters to women because she feels she has a bigger mission to accomplish, by not only teaching to change appearance but also the practice of self-love among the women’s community. In working with LaReese, clients will be coached to reach their individual goals and encouraged to know the importance of good nutrition habits and consistency.

LaReese’s training style incorporates numerous techniques including resistance training, calisthenics, cross-fit, interval training & yoga. She can help any women who is ready for a lifestyle change and willing to commit to reaching their goal!
